Richard Hoover is a 'master luthier' who does not like to be called that - he says there are no credentials or membership club.  But, Richard Hoover like to be called a 'coach' so we would say he is a "Master Coach".    Richard is cerebral, quirky, brilliant, and communicates from a place of musical creation.   Here is a brief interview in 2016 by the Santa Barbara Acoustic Instrument Celebration series.
