Luthier Visual Artist Fred Carlson Profile
Luthier Fred Carlson is a force of visual nature having creating entire new categories of string instruments combining music and art in a method rarely seen. Starting in 1972 to work on instruments, Fred Carlson was mentored by one of the original lutherie educators Charles Fox. Over the last 50 years, the Carlson workshop has been a virtual fountain of creativity and genius levels of visual art.
